Racquetball history

Racquetball is a ball game played with short rackets made from titanium and with a hollow rubber ball on a special racquetball court. The ball is hit against the wall, as well as against the floor and ceiling.
Racquetball was invented in the United States in 1949 by tennis teacher Joe Sobek. It was then called Paddleball, based on the wooden paddles used to play the game. However, as rackets were increasingly used to play the game, in 1969 the name was changed to Racquetball.
You can play racquetball with 2 or 4 players.
Rackets can be hired in the club.
