Who is responsible for processing my personal data?
PADELWORLD BV, with registered office at Pierre Debbautstraat 6, BE-8200 Sint-Andries, is responsible for processing data through use of the Arenal App and Webapp.
What data do we collect ourselves, specifically through use of the Arenal App and Webapp?
We collect the information and data that you provide when you use our Arenal App and Webapp. We need this information in order to identify and contact a customer if he or she wishes to make use of the services offered by Arenal, and hence facilitate a monetary transaction.
Rights as user
Right to be informed
You have the right to an understandable and transparent explanation about how we use your personal data and what rights you can exercise in that respect. In our privacy policy, we have therefore extensively explained what data we collect about you and how we use your data. Right of access
You have the right at all times to ask us for access to the data we have available about you. You can request this via [email protected]. Requests are processed within 30 days.
Right to rectification
You have the right to have your data corrected if they are incorrect or outdated and/or to have them supplemented if they are incomplete. You can do this yourself (for the Arenal App or Webapp) or request it via [email protected].
Right to be forgotten/request to delete account
You have the right to request us to delete all the data we have about you. When you submit a request to delete your account, we will delete data that can be traced to you, except for the data we are legally required to keep. We offer you the possibility to submit a request by use of the form below.
